Expertise

What the work covers, and what each engagement can establish.

Nine areas, each scoped individually and worked wherever the matter sits — single-jurisdiction or across borders. Enquiries for a specific city or service are handled on the relevant company site; this page is about the substance of the work.

01

Corporate investigations

Internal misconduct, conflict of interest, leakage of confidential information, vendor and channel irregularities, theft and pilferage, and competitor conduct. Usually a mix of document review, discreet interviews and controlled field observation, run so the business keeps functioning while it happens.

Instructed by promoters, boards, HR and legal heads, and external counsel.

02

Due diligence

Counterparty, partner, distributor and investment checks before capital or a signature is committed: corporate filings, ownership and group structure, litigation trail, market reputation, and the gap between what a party claims and what the record shows.

Delivered as a written report with each finding sourced, and an explicit list of what could not be verified.

03

Background verification

Identity, address, education, employment history and public-record checks for employers, families and legal teams, including cross-border checks where a subject's history spans more than one country. A verification confirms what records and reachable sources support; it does not predict behaviour, and the report says so.

Also used pre-marriage, where the questions are the same but the handling is more sensitive.

04

Fraud & financial enquiry

Suspected fraud, misrepresentation, irregular transactions and diverted assets. Documentary reconstruction first, fieldwork second — and a report written to be usable in a complaint, a disciplinary process or a civil filing.

Internal fraud is usually a process failure before it is a person; findings note both.

05

TSCM & counter-surveillance

Instrumented sweeps of boardrooms, executive offices, residences, hotel suites and vehicles: full-spectrum RF analysis, non-linear junction detection for powered-off devices, thermal inspection, telephone and line analysis, and physical search of the room itself.

Teams deploy to the site, including overseas, and every sweep closes with a written report naming what was checked, what was found, and what remains a residual risk.

06

Surveillance & field observation

Lawful observation of movement and association by trained field teams, documented with times, locations and continuity so the record stands on its own. Methods are proportionate to the question, and always within the law of the jurisdiction the work is done in.

Used across corporate, matrimonial, insurance and litigation matters.

07

Personal & matrimonial matters

Pre- and post-marriage verification, family enquiries and divorce-related evidence gathering, including matters where one party lives abroad. Handled quietly, without moral commentary, and with a clear explanation at the outset of what can and cannot lawfully be established.

Client identity is protected internally; field operatives work from task briefs only.

08

Missing-person tracing

Locating people through records research, field intelligence and network enquiry — family members, debtors, witnesses and business associates, domestically and abroad. Run in coordination with the family and, where required, the authorities.

Where a trace crosses a border, counterpart investigators in that country are engaged through the international network.

09

Brand & IP protection

Counterfeit and infringement enquiries, market sampling, supply-chain tracing and evidence gathering to support trademark and copyright action — including for overseas brand owners whose products are being copied or diverted in Indian markets.

Findings are packaged for counsel, with exhibits indexed.

Cross-border work

One instruction, several jurisdictions.

International matters are run from a single point of instruction: the enquiry is scoped here, the work in each country is carried out by vetted counterpart investigators or by a deploying team, and the findings come back as one report rather than several disconnected ones.

Each jurisdiction has its own limits on what an investigator may lawfully do. Those limits are established before the work starts, and the scope is written to respect them.

Not sure which of these your situation needs? Describe it and it will be scoped honestly.
